In July I was aiming to cycle every single day. Unfortunately, I didn't quite manage it (though it was the longest cycling streak to date I think, commutes not included). This was partly due to plans (the first day I missed was due to horrendous weather and I had the afternoon and spent the afternoon visiting the RAF Museum in Hendon instead of cycling).
However, I managed to pretty much cycle almost every single day so I don't think I failed to much.
The month included two big cycles - London to Brighton at the start of the month and the LBC ride I did for the Mosquito ride. Other than that it was pretty much fitting in some rides in after work. Overall, it was good fun to get out and do.
All of the riding has been good training for the Brompton Challenge later in the year - I'll be doing 240 miles in 4 days so average of 96Km per day, a bit more than the average I've got here of 19.8Km!
